It started with a question: What if we could bring back the tasty riffs that made you play air-guitar in your childhood bedroom, the lyrics you screamed at the top of your lungs at your first concert, the driving music that soundtracked your life?
RUSTY CAGE hails from Seattle WA & channels Soundgarden's thunder & glory. PRETTY PENNY took root in Portland OR & recreates the iconic, Stone Temple Pilots' anthems of the 1990's! Two Pacific Northwest cities. Two amazingly talented tribute bands. One obsession… getting it right!
We don't just play the songs. We disappear into them. Every vocal run, every power chord, every moment of controlled chaos — recreated with the same fire that made the originals legendary.
Since inception, we've packed Seattle's birthplace of grunge, The Central Saloon, at their annual Grunge Xmas party, sold out large theatre venues throughout the Pac NW, shared the stage with the original OG, Artis The Spoonman and cultivated a following of purists who know & absolutely love this music!
The Pacific Northwest gave the world grunge. We're here to keep that spirit alive.
